What else does my notebook need in it?Picking the form factor determines many of the specifications of the notebook. For instance, if you’ve picked a small form factor, the space constrains limit the amount of hardware and hence features that fit in the computer. On the other hand, a large 17” form factor gives the manufacturer lots of leeway to fit added features such as larger hard drives and faster (and hotter) processors.
